Lisa-Marie – Assistant

My name is Lisa-Marie and I’m 27 years old. I joined FIFTY2 as assistant to our managing directors after my studies in April 2019.
// Describe what is your job at FIFTY2.
My area of responsibility is quite diverse. I work in internal and external communications, as well as in HR management, marketing, recruitment management, event planning, accounting and of course as assistant to our managing directors. For administrative questions, I am the first person to contact for the entire team.
// What’s the coolest thing about working at FIFTY2?
The best thing about my job is that I work with each team and remain in close contact with them at all times. There is always something to talk about, so the daily work is never boring. I’m really looking forward to when the Corona situation eases up again and there’s more activity in the office and colleagues to talk to in person.
// What is it that you like the most about working in your team?
Since I am responsible for many different areas, I am always working with different colleagues. It’s great that we communicate on an equal footing and get along very well. That not only makes the work easier, but also more enjoyable.
// And finally, tell us something about yourself others may be surprised to know about you.
The Corona Pandemic got me on my bike. Since April 2020, I’ve been cycling to the office every day, in all weather, and although I complain about it all the time, I still enjoy it.
